Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs
We use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to find candidates for hard-to-fill positions in direct care. Even during pre-pandemic times, these roles were often difficult to fill. These days, that's compounded by the current job market. We are able to source many candidates through Indeed and find that it is where we find most of our candidates. My contacts, Rachel and Ben, have helped us through some tech issues and are always available to make sure that our jobs are posted and sponsored appropriately.

- Creating analytics to demonstrate our reach and effectiveness.
- Reposting/refreshing a job should be a quicker process.
- Ability to default the candidate view to "all open and paused jobs".
- Adding the ability to block candidates.
- Indeed has helped us source the greatest number of candidates out of everything that we use.
All of our job listings are for direct care positions in residences that are 24/7 - we have found several candidates who have made it through to the offer stage. In today's job market and especially for the positions we have open, that is a huge help.
