Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to post jobs in OR and WA states. We are growing and serving the community for mental health needs in those areas. We have a constant hiring need so it's an ongoing search for quality candidates.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Allows formatting on job ads.
Allows us to filter for certain education and licensure requirements.
Has many users.

Cons

More traction.
Adding images.
Prevent candidates from applying to multiple job ads at once. Uses up budgets quickly.

Return on Investment

Find candidates tool is the best for ROI however I am disappointed that the functionality will be changing.
Reporting function is helpful.
The cost per hire is high for sponsored ads.

Support Rating

We have good reps but sometime the information and algorithms are just hard to understand

Alternatives Considered

LinkedIn Jobs and ZipRecruiter

I enjoy Indeed more because of the larger candidate pool, the reps, and the resume tool.
