Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

I use it to post jobs in OR and WA states. We are growing and serving the community for mental health needs in those areas. We have a constant hiring need so it's an ongoing search for quality candidates.
  • Allows formatting on job ads.
  • Allows us to filter for certain education and licensure requirements.
  • Has many users.
  • More traction.
  • Adding images.
  • Prevent candidates from applying to multiple job ads at once. Uses up budgets quickly.
  • Find candidates tool is the best for ROI however I am disappointed that the functionality will be changing.
  • Reporting function is helpful.
  • The cost per hire is high for sponsored ads.

We have good reps but sometime the information and algorithms are just hard to understand
I enjoy Indeed more because of the larger candidate pool, the reps, and the resume tool.

Well suited for entry-level hiring because of the number of people who use the website. It's harder for ongoing hiring in fields with a need for a master's degree or higher with particular licensure.
