Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We used Influitive to power our Allstars program, which is an online community for developers. We have used Influitive for several advocacy activities such as hackathons, beta testing, corporate promotion program. We especially liked their marketplace integration, such as OAuth and Tango Card. Our developers are located in different parts of the world. Tango Card + Influitive has saved lots of time for us in terms of processing rewards to our developers in the community. Our developers are now the backbones of our community and support each other. Influitive's support team has been great as well. They have helped us in terms of authentication update and web security update for the portal.
  • Customer Support
  • Third Party Marketplace
  • Simplicity
  • Web platform stability
  • More flexibility on Admin's control over different challenges
  • Remote event support and features
  • Community Support
  • Community Engagement
  • Reward Transaction
It is pretty helpful. I usually expect to get a response in about 48-72 hours. For complex issues, such as OAuth update, it takes a way longer time to do.
We haven't used it for customer advocacy purposes yet.
It's simple to use and we have used it for years. I don't feel like having a strong drive to shift the platform.

Yes

No

Did implementation of Influitive go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Influitive again?

Yes

It is a good platform for customer advocacy. It has a points system and rewards redemption system that can power this purpose. Although the platform is easy to use, I think it may need some guidance in managing the platform in terms of points worth recommendation and other areas. Also, the engagement flow seems a little singular as well. It mostly feels like the audience answer questions, admin approves questions. It is also an extra effort for the admin to review and approve engagement if the engagement is with the external website or platform.
