Overall Satisfaction with Influitive
We use Influitive as a client advocacy tool. This program is being used for 3+ business units at our company and we're in the process of implementing a new hub for another BU. Influitive helps our company connect with our top advocate clients. We're able [to] engage with and nurture our clients to collect: testimonials, peer reviews, quotes, feedback on products & services, references, referrals and much more! I'm very happy with Influitive and their support team - they're supper friendly, helpful and timely. I've never had a bad experience with this company.
