Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

We use it for phishing testing monthly and for training for a variety of IT areas. It is used by the whole company. This helps fulfill a requirement.

Pros

  • Setting up the account
  • Connecting to LDAP for AD connection
  • Configuring the monthly program and sending [it] out on a schedule.

Cons

  • Sometimes finding the training is difficult.
  • Manually adding trainers is a little cumbersome.
  • The training setup needs more details the names can be vague and sorting it is tough.

  • It has helped users pay attention to emails more.
  • The training is easy to swallow in small bites.
  • Worth the money.
They are better than KnowbBe4. Some of the training setups are better in Mimecast, but Mimecast is more expensive.

It's great for phishing testing. The redirecting with training is great. The submitting phishing outlook ad-in needs to be improved. It needs to do more or allow the admin to take the submission and turn it into a template for future use.
