Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

Sciperio uses Infosec IQ in our environment as our monthly security training for DoD. Our managed service provider (MSP) supplies us with the licenses and curriculum and our employees are subject to the lessons that are provided. Since we are Defense contractors, we need to meet requirements for CMMC/NIST compliance - and Infosec IQ satisfies the requirement for training.
  • Security Training
  • Security Awareness
  • Information Security
  • Provide information in an easy to understand format
  • I believe the training modules are corny and could use some more attention.
  • The narration can be a little monotone.
  • The backend dashboard could be a tad more intuitive.
  • Learner reports that are exportable
  • Breakdown of areas of learning/reporting on those
  • The shorter learning times (under 20 min average per module)
  • Monthly training option verses all at once
  • Our users are becoming more aware of potential security threats from emails.
  • The cost per user per month for this program has allowed us to achieve the training without spending loads of money.
  • Infosec IQ helps us get to our goal / achieve the requirements for Information Security Training required for our DoD Certifications.
I haven't used or been involved in the process of software/programs like Infosec IQ in previous jobs. Most of them were developed in-house as the organizations I worked for were much larger and had staff to design and manage training like these. And since our current MSP has this offering and the extended cost to us to use was manageable, we haven't had to look at other options.

Microsoft 365, SecurID, Sourcetree, Synology DiskStation, TeamViewer, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Authenticator, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager (RDCMan), Adobe Acrobat, Keeper, LastPass for Business, Cisco Secure Access by Duo, Ubiquiti Networks UniFi
For a company or organization that doesn't have an in-house training group devoted to the subject matter - this is a very complete and affordable solution. Since most trainings are no more than 20 minutes a month, it keeps user participation higher than having to do a multi-hour course once or twice a year.
