Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
I have a portfolio of companies (13) plus HQ that require annual training and compliance objectives. The product allows me to ensure each company meets awareness training on specific topics for compliance as well as phishing.
- Allows me to setup timely and specific training
- Infosec needs to stay abreast to other international requirements and provide solutions
- Needs to integrate with other security tools like SIEM to report, alert and monitor activities
- Provide additional connection options to other email clients for PhishNotify button
- Have a more adaptable API to allow better connections and options
- Provide more useable Executive reporting functionality
- Provide more access to executive level training in different industries
- Provide effective Phishing and awareness training with Good reporting and metrics
- Integration with other security tools specifically our SIEM
- Adaptability/Innovation/growth - we should be able to globally train on requirements outside of the US
- Met the needs at the time, the company has expanded to 14 entities.
- ROI is effective but marginal - without useful reporting the returns cannot be measured
- The product allows us to be effective in our phishing campaigns
- We can capture an annual training initiative to ensure we meet training expectations
