Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE

We use INFUSE for a combination of research, Content Creation and lead generation. We've had multiple issues around the lack of content in our Solution Provider function of our partner marketing team. Also helping to increase our pipeline and general business objectives that we have set for the year and beyond

  • We would like to be able to implement our own tracking links in order for us to manage campaigns
  • We would like to see a little bit more innovation in our lead gen campaigns
  • With telemarketing, we would like to see the team be a bit more persistant with their following up.
