Overall Satisfaction with INFUSEmedia

They are a content syndication provider that we have been working with for over a year. A trusted partner in generating high quality leads for our client across EMEA including single touch, double touch and BANT. They have good coverage across the region for the clients ICP, which is ITDMs and LOB leads. Agile and reliable.
  • Good coverage across EMEA for our client’s ICP.
  • A dashboard that visualizes campaign insights across content syndication and displays tactics on an account level.
  • Reliable - never had delivery issues across a few different campaigns.
  • Flexible - can fulfill incremental budget on short notice and adjust to brief changes or client needs.
  • Sometimes, it is hard to reach over the phone compared to other vendors if a rapid response is needed.
  • Haven’t seen them in direct conversation with a client or answering lead feedback as of yet. This situation just hasn’t come about yet to no fault of their own.
  • Lower coverage in some smaller markets.
  • Display activity, in our experience hasn’t been as strong compared to other vendors, with the main goal being CTR.
  • In previous campaigns, that have exceeded lead guarantees which was appreciated by the client team.
  • Offered competitive CPL.
  • Good account management and strategic support.
They have met that promise. Other vendors can be slightly faster at replying and might be more open to quick phone calls, but overall, they have provided a good experience and not much to complain about.
Have compared them against all other major vendors within the space that my client operates.

Lead generation programs at a competitive CPL with the intent being overlaid - if the client also wants to outsource nurture to them, they have a very appealing offering. Have a good understanding of ABM strategies - Good strategic advice and good expertise within the team.
