Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft
We use it for lead capture and nurture, closing business, and managing upsells. The automation side of things has made life much simpler, and now I know who all my leads are. All of their information is in one easy to search place, and I can segment them effectively. It makes knowing who needs what from me easy and it helps ensure no one falls between the cracks.
- The software is easy to use and is very effective.
- The help desk/support is excellent, even if they do not know the answer they will find it.
- The value for what you get is excellent it truly is the Cadillac of CRMs.
- They could still do a better job of differentiating themselves from the competition.
- I would like to see less turnover in the people overseeing partners, etc.
- I want to see a clear focus on one or two things to make them great, often seems they are pursuing too many things.
- I can track my sales easier and see long-term costs of clients.
- Initial start up costs were difficult when I was just getting started.
- I have clear data for future planning.
AWeber is more of an email newsletter system, so all of the true CRM functions in infusionsoft far exceed what it offers. ONTRAPORT is very similar in many way to infusionsoft and I think I like Infusionsoft better in part because I am more familiar with it and find it easier to use, mostly from experience.
