Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Blue Dog Marketing uses Insightly to track our clients, the work we are doing for each client, and any emails/conversations and project notes are stored there. It allows everyone in the company that is working with a specific client to see what was done on previous projects and who has had recent contact as well as who has done what work on a project.
I also love to store testimonial emails from clients in Insightly so when we need testimonials from a specific industry, we have them in one location to search. We don't have to have all our employees searching their emails for the testimonial email.

- We can save all emails associated with a specific client or company. This way, if you are new to this client or were not copied in on an email, you can catch up.
- Insightly is an easy to use CRM. It is easy to learn and easy to use. I didn't have to spend a great deal of time learning how to use it and I don't have to dedicate an entire day or week training new employees how to use it.
- I love how you can associate people with a company. This way you can see who you should be including in any client contact.
- I like the Opportunities section. I would like it to have an alarm that could remind me to follow up with opportunities, maybe every 60 days or 90 days.
- I would love to integrate my invoicing into Insightly!
- We have found that Insightly has increased our employee efficiency because all emails and information about clients is stored in Insightly. An employee only has to open a client's file to ready what has already been done and track where we are now with their most recent project.
- Assigning tasks is easy and makes client work more seamless. Letting employees know expectations and tasks associated with clients makes a project run smoother.
I have used SalesForce.com. I hated it. I was too large, too many people in the companies I worked at had access and were always messing things up. SalesForce.com is not easy to learn and running reports is awful. You really need to take classes just to learn how to operate their CRM. Insightly is intuitive, which makes it so much more user friendly!
