We utilize Insightly as a sales CRM, and mange our inbound RFI/RFP responses as projects within the system.

- Easy to extend.
- We really like the simple relationship between Org's, opportunities, and contacts.
- We find the ability to quickly associate all email activity with a prospect very useful.
- Reporting / Reports - a broader availability of standard reports along with the ability to build custom reports.
- The ability to review and update multiple opportunities quickly. We are always exporting opportunity data to Excel and manipulating it for monthly or quarterly forecasting, it would be nice to either be able to upload this data back into Insightly, or have a view from within Insightly that allows the user to view data from multiple opportunities at the same time in a simple table view.
- As we have a small but geographically separated sales force, Insightly has provided us the ability to get our arms around each opportunity.
