Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
It is being used by me to track my relationships with connections so I can be more thoughtful in my outreach. I wanted it to augment traditional, static contact management as well as provide a richer picture of my contacts.

- Interface with Microsoft Outlook/ contacts
- Tracking and reporting on relationships
- The robustness of the app
- I wanted it to be a great resource for me when I wanted that extra detail about a contact (likes Cuban cigars, etc) but it has been difficult to set up and access this.
Right now I am using just my basic contact list and adding notes. I do not have the time to invest in this currently and the time I invested already feels like a waste. I would give Insightly another try but it would have to start with an improved app and better/easier help with me integrating into Microsoft Outlook. If I can get that second one done in a timely fashion, I will jump back on the bandwagon.
