Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We primarily used Insightly for customer service and sales. For customer service we used it to keep up with feedback and emails from customers and to see emails that different employees had with the same customer. For sales, we used opportunities to track our sales opportunities, and we used pipelines for executing sales events.

Insightly helped me a lot with keeping track of sales opportunities and organizing them. However there were a lot of moving parts to customize first before I got the hang of it, and some of my co-workers never got the hang of using it.
I think it's more well-suited for keeping track of sales opportunities and pipelines, but I didn't feel confident with it for keeping track of customers and sending reliable emails.
