Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Total CRM package; all organizations, all contacts, all opportunities, all projects. Currently used by account managers; sales support professionals and customer service personnel. Insightly allows us to have all our customer data in one location.
- Insightly provides a central location for all customer data. I don't have to look in multiple places when I look up a customer then want to look up their past orders.
- Insightly also has a mobile platform that allows access to iOS or Android. Account managers on the go need a mobile platform.
- Insightly meshes well with your calendar. This is important so you can document all contact with an organization.
- Contact sync isn't the smoothest. It would be nice when you add a contact that it shows up in your iOS contacts.
- Mobile platform doesn't always operate smoothest. When you go into an organization then click links the program often hangs up.
- Currently, you cannot pick the opening screen on the mobile app, it always comes up as Tasks, I would like it to come up as organizations.
Definitely improved efficiency, especially when a worker transitions to another company. No more scouring his laptop for contacts and other data, it's all in Insightly. I don't know that we can quantify increased sales due to Insightly use but it sure makes everything easier to track. Having a standardized system of doing business definitely makes things run smoother. Don't know if I can quantify less meetings, some people just have to have meetings.
