Insightly is used solely by the sales department. It helps us manage all our business contacts and sales pipelines.
- Contacts and opportunities are easily managed.
- It's accessible on every platform.
- The whole team has a great visibility of the commercial opportunities and where energy should be spent.
- Tasks and Project Management tools should improve. It takes too long to get them updated and you can not have the visibility of all the jobs at a glance. I prefer Trello.
- The iOS app doesn't have all the features you can find in the web version and it's hard to edit information. It works perfectly as your business contacts agenda, but that's all.
