Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
My business partner and I use it. We work with clients and investors. We capture both in the system. We record contact details, events, and background information. We run reports.
- Ease of use from web browser and phone.
- Cheap - we use the free version.
- You can easily link contacts with organisations and other organisations.
- I would like to find a way to manage one to many relationships and run reports. For example we have one client that we would like to introduce to x number of potential investors. How do we capture progress and run status report easily?
- Sales support only for US West Coast. The lady I spoke to was not good over the phone. I knew more about the system than she does.
We would like to move away from tracking contacts, background info, and notes in Excel - almost there.
Insightly is cheaper.
