Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We're using this CRM to track our high-value accounts and keep track of them. The software is interesting and has an intuitive, as well as attractive UI. Our marketing team uses it as well for some of their tasks and loves it too. Different integrations they offer make the work easier and I would love to see more of them.

Alternatives Considered

We had a demo with them last year and, honestly, UI was the first thing I loved about them. I'm a fan of their website too. Personally, UI makes a big difference to me, then the CRM tracking; reporting as well as workflow management was the key reason I selected Insightly. Others have some or the other thing missing in them whereas Insightly misses on very few/fewer parts, which can be improved going forward.

Usability

Their ability is very strong. They can do more for their product and it will be best as mentioned earlier. They can add more integrations, more reports, and should be good enough to lead the market. I love how it works, how quick it is, and hence the overall usability and ratings from my end.

Support Rating

Honestly, I personally haven't had the chance to interact with their support team, however, I strongly feel they would be good enough to be rated as 9 or 10. Also, my team has interacted with them on several occasions and have heard only good about them hence, the rating of 10 from my end.

Likelihood to Recommend

There can be so many different industries where Insightly CRM can be used. Not completely sure about the marketing though. This CRM well suits product companies, startups according to me. I believe, if they support more and more integrations, these guys would lead the market soon. Streamlining our business process is an awesome thing that these guys have offered us. It was a mess earlier.
