Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

It is really very useful for when you need a CRM solution with very moderate commercial applications. With this platform I can follow high-value accounts with the ability to have a constant follow-up and be able to effectively guarantee more future purchases by our clients and potential customers. I have been able to eliminate those spreadsheets that turned out to be a very confusing and heavy work. With Insightly I can have more detailed and complete information in a single work area, which could be more interesting and lucrative for the business environment.
  • With this platform I can get a clear vision of the sales that are made within the company.
  • It has an excellent project management tool that allows me to organize my clients and sort them by categories.
  • It has Gmail integration, thus being able to send emails and assign personalized tasks to people without the need for the platform
  • It adapts to work needs, covering user requirements since it is very easy to manage and track sales.
  • I only find the integration with the Google application practical, with other platforms it is a bit complex to understand.
  • The mobile version lacks many functions which are necessary to have a full port of this platform on the mobile.
  • Keep data in a public cloud, this can be a security risk. They should be able to give a tool where you can store the data privately and thus keep everything safe.
  • The sales process has been more accessible and it has also been easier to read reports, avoiding the previous confusion.
  • As it is an all-in-one platform, less staff is required to do CRM and project monitoring.
  • I have been able to attract a large number of new clients by being able to have a different CRM platform where an excellent operation and performance is found, streamlining the work process.

Insightly has been lacking in difficulty from the moment it was first used. Connections have been successfully strengthened by maintaining a very active relaxation with clients. The project management has been simple so it promises to be easy to use.
The support team is quite inactive, I don't know if it is because of the quarantine or if they are really understaffed for the Insightly helpdesk. I dislike not having a quick fix.
It provides real-time updates on the campaigns and projects that are carried out within this platform. It is simple to use, but I recommend it for small projects because it lacks certain tools that would define it as a professional CRM tool.
