Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly to monitor our pipeline for future business and assign leads. Dashboards and reports are created through Insightly to monitor these. KPIs for sales reps are also tracked through dashboards. We also send marketing emails through Insightly to our prospects.

We also monitor activity from new sales reps by tracking tasks, notes, and emails.

Finally, we monitor the ROI on our trade shows and marketing campaigns.

Easy to create objects and fields and switch as needed. When an object needs to be update or a page layout needs to be changed it can be done within minutes.

New users are easy to train, typically after two weeks they are comfortable in the system and can be trained on different areas of our business.
With Insightly we are able to send out a series on marketing emails to our prospective customers then track our open rates and interactions.

After the marketing emails we send out leads and track our conversion rates.

Finally, we can track our wins from our marketing campaign by tracking our opportunities.

The hands-on coaching and problem solving is ideal for a company and team of our size. Issues and handled quickly and the set up was smooth due to the hands-on coaching. Questions are usually answered within a day.

It may be less suited for companies with a larger target base.
