Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
My team manages vendor communication to over 3,000 accounts. We use Insightly to store our account data, automate tasking, and send marketing emails and sales pipelines.
Pros
- Stores the data that we have manually entered.
- The customer service team has been helpful with troubleshooting.
Cons
- I feel a lot of the processes are overly complicated or require in-depth troubleshooting, specifically with App Connect.
- In my opinion, Insightly is not intuitive. After being familiar with the gold-standard CRM, Salesforce, it's frustrating to use Unsightly, which feels far behind its technology.
- Fields in organizations are not easily customizable, which creates a lot of friction.
- Project pipelines
- Org and contact library
I use Insightly marketing to send monthly emails, which, once explained to me by my Insightly rep, is the most user-friendly aspect of Insightly. I have prospect lists dynamically set up and essentially "rinse and repeat" the email template each month.
