Since integrating Insightly, the primary impact on our organisation has been the transition from fragmented data silos to a truly "unified" view of our schools and partners. By housing our CRM, marketing, and service functions under one roof, we’ve significantly reduced the administrative friction that usually occurs when moving a school from the initial enquiry stage through to active support. In terms of workflow optimisation, the automation features have been a genuine game-changer. We can now trigger personalised follow-ups based on specific school engagement levels, ensuring that no conversation falls through the cracks and every teacher feels supported. From a performance standpoint, the visibility provided by the unified platform allows us to make data-driven decisions in real-time. We are no longer guessing where our impact is greatest; we can see it clearly in our reporting. Ultimately, Insightly has allowed our team to spend less time on manual data entry and more time on what matters most: helping schools and teachers succeed.
