Overall Satisfaction with InsightSquared

We use InsightSquared to manage our pipeline as well as sales activity. The reports and dashboards facilitate our weekly forecast call and the one on one's with the sales manager and our sales reps. It is being used primarily by our sales group but other groups such as our marketing and business development teams leverage specific reports.

There are a lot of similarities between Clari and Insightsquared. The folks at Insightsquared were very responsive and went the extra mile to help us customize. Cost also played a big factor since we are not a large organization and Insightsquared was able to meet our cost expectations as well as show us the value of their platform.
Our CRM is Salesforce and the integration has been seamless. We have not had any issues as far as pulling data from Salesforce. I can't speak to merging data from other sources as we do not integrate our ERP system to Salesforce or any other application. The timeliness of data from Salesforce has never been an issue.
Insightsquared provides a easy way to share reports and data. One feature that has proved useful is the ability to email reports to non-InsightSquared users. This allows our executives who do not need day to day access to InsightSquared visibility into the same reports. The formatting is limited based on the standard setup but the support team has always been helpful in assisting with finding solutions and work arounds.
There are a lot of detailed reports that come standard and really help us manage our pipeline. For example, the pipeline inflow/outflow report is an excellent indicator of the current status of our pipeline. I also find the newsfeed really helpful as it aggregates the risk factors of our entire pipeline.
