Intacct is used for most of our clients looking for cloud based advanced accounting solutions. We implement Intacct for our clients as well as utilize the software to record accounting transactions for them. Clients use the software to approve payments, utilize dashboards, and review financial reports.

  • Financial Reporting - Entirely flexible and can be customized based on various cost centers to achieve your reporting objectives
  • Design - Intacct is designed for a great user experience and it provides one.
  • Customer Service - Delayed responses on minor issues are a problem. Have to follow up many times if you want answers.
  • Design is great for users but it would be great if users could customize settings more to allow for quick access to recurring tasks.
  • Certain features are released before fully developed leaving users waiting for the full access.
  • Increased Employee Efficiency - Tasks are simpler and faster to complete.
  • Increased Reporting - Less time spend on cumbersome data entry tasks.

Intacct is a superior system that can provide an endless list of options. In my experience, QuickBooks reaches a point where it is no longer efficient. The system is only designed to handle so much information, and when Intacct takes over, you can clearly see the difference. Intacct is a fantastic system with endless options and a much better user experience in the modern world.
Cost-wise, Intacct is fairly priced with it's subscription based service. I've already covered a lot of different topics about why the system is superior and all of that holds true when evaluating renewal. The system is worth the cost and renewal isn't even a question when the time comes. Intacct is always the answer.
Intacct is well suited for clients who are looking for financial clarity in a cloud based system. QuickBooks provides some of the same features but in a more cumbersome setting. Intacct can handle businesses of any size and is designed to show off that strength in the system. Clients should be aware that moving to this type of system can be great, but requires patience and learning during transition times.
