We currently use Intacct in our Finance Department. Our organization uses Intacct for our billing, reporting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
Pros
- Easily completes invoices with no issues.
- Very functional with applying credits to invoices. No need for searching for credits that were applied to invoices. They are all right there!
- Their customer service is excellent!
- Completing reports and forecasting is fast and easy!
Cons
- I love to be able to use my tab to go through sections, and sometimes this feature does not work.
- I would love to be able to have a copy of the actual check attached to the invoice - I am not sure if this is an additional feature.
- I wish that I could have a "dashboard" of functions that I use most often. That would be very helpful!
- This has increased employee efficiency by cutting time with generating invoices.
- This has also improved our customer service internal and external with our company.
