Overall Satisfaction with Intacct

Intacct is used by our Financial Management Service department. We liked this web-based accounting software since we can access it anywhere and it has multiple functions to make our work more efficient.

Pros

  • Web based.
  • Authority management of each functions or client.
  • Functions like upload the supporting documents and syncing so that users can see them at the same time.

Cons

  • Some times, in the AP functions, the vendors name will print incorrectly. They may be some bugs in this function.
  • Add more export formats when exporting the spreadsheet under different departments or groups.
  • Faster lead conversion
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Better customer service
Overall, this software is a very good tool for a mid-sized accounting firm to serve clients. It is convenient and efficient.
The price and the ease of use. Also the speed of the software even it is relating to the internet status.
