Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
Intacct is used by our Financial Management Service department. We liked this web-based accounting software since we can access it anywhere and it has multiple functions to make our work more efficient.
- Web based.
- Authority management of each functions or client.
- Functions like upload the supporting documents and syncing so that users can see them at the same time.
- Some times, in the AP functions, the vendors name will print incorrectly. They may be some bugs in this function.
- Add more export formats when exporting the spreadsheet under different departments or groups.
- Faster lead conversion
- Increased employee efficiency
- Better customer service
