Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
We use Intacct for our clients who are looking for an accounting software. The biggest problem it addresses is that it allows us to work remotely with our clients. When they have a problem we can log in and see what the issue is in seconds instead having to schedule a time to go to the client's location and help them.
- Access from anywhere and uptime.
- Multiple locations, departments, etc. Allows for more information and data to analyze and understand your business.
- Report creation can be confusing.
- Adding new accounts and grouping them properly is more difficult than other software.
- New line of business for us.
- Increased clients efficiencies and reporting.
Intacct is more responsive and robust of a software. More advanced features and easier to navigate.
