Our customer service manager is very responsive and has gone above and beyond working with us on options for an issue that we encountered in our process of allowing clinical staff to access a clean and printable transcript of patient/student records.

Intellum is a great platform to create engaging and easy to navigate content for learners. The ability to create different learning environments and pathways for various learning groups is very useful to cater to learners with different backgrounds.

Intellum Implementation

Very satisfied with the support we received from our CSM and team.
Yes - We had a pilot period, followed by a gradual rollout to various regions as we launched to scale.
Change management was a major issue with the implementation - There was a lot of coordination for user registration and reporting that was off due to miscommunication/turnover on our end. Intellum was helpful in getting us back on track with go-live and training.
