Overall Satisfaction with Intellum
I think the biggest thing it helped my company with is the capability of creating content to push to our employees for training purposes. The workplace is certainly different than a generation ago, and we need tools that allow us to think outside the box to train our people. Intellum allows the ability to customize how and what we get to our employees for training purposes.

Intellum is in a class of its own. With the good referrals, I got from colleagues in my industry, I was aware that certain processes would be made easier by this software, and we were right. I have seen the positives that have come from this software. It easily takes the cake over its competitors!
Honestly, the exceptional support was when we first launched the software in our workplace. Things were not going correctly, and we were getting increasingly upset. I believe the customer support that we experienced allowed us to do a 180 and be all-in on Intellum because we saw how much they care about attention to detail with how they treated us from the very start!
