Overall Satisfaction

  • Great support system
  • Documentation is clear and concise
  • Various pre-built templates provided with an array of standard functionality
  • Developer training is extensive to learn proprietary language but is rushed
  • Admin UI needs to be organized better
  • Involver helped my organization in making our social channel a viable location for promotions. We definitely saw an influx of traffic coming from applications built using involver as we were able to keep out promotional messaging consistent throughout.
  • The application was welcomed by my dev team and was a great tool for them to learn and work with.
Overall the tool integrated into our daily processes smoothly. Our teams were able to work with the content there, schedule content pushes and work within the admin tool in a friendly GUI. Although my organization was satisfied with the performance, we understand that digital is an ever expanding field and are always looking to see what the next latest and greatest is. This is the main reason why I wouldn't give the application a 10 rating.
I would tell my colleague to ensure a great support model is put in place. Make sure the dev team has the skill set to adapt to the proprietary language and ensure that the documentation provided by Involver suits the organizations needs in order to be self-sustaining.
