Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

I personally use ISL Light to give technical support to our clients. It makes helping them much easier. I just tell the client to click ISL Light that we integrated in our application and ISL Light client is ran and I can see and control their screen in order to resolve any situation that th client might have.

Pros

  • ISL Client can be automatically downloaded which makes connecting with clients easier
  • If the client has more screens, I can easily sweitch between them or look at all of them.
  • Just having ISL Light makes the clients trust our application more
It's basically just click and use. I can't immagine it being easier than that.
Yes. We have clients of all fields and ISL Light helps us to connect with them and their computers.
Only I can provide the code for the connection, so there's no way for it to get hacked.
On their web page, they have an agent that is always available.

TeamViewer disconnects, ISL Light doesn't.

It's really good for connecting to a client to help them with whatever problem they may have on their computer. It also makes it easier to send or receive files.
