Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We use isolved for paroll, human resources, time tracking, training and hiring. We are currently also working on getting the onboarding up and working. Whenever we had found an issue we usually have it resolved within the hour which is absolutely amazing. We are now able to have all of our data and information needed all in one spot - we wouldnt go back!
  • hiring process - it lets you send applications directly to hiring managers update as you go through the process with potential candidates.
  • Super organized. Everything is nicely labeled and if something needs more assistance they have isolved university
  • when one little thing changes it causes a ripple effect. Wish the rule would stay with the change.
  • Wish certain sections could break down into greater detail.

It is perfect. We enjoy all the new aspects it brings. The fact that we can log into it from anywhere is also a plus. Before we had many different programs and with isolved we can have it all in one. We have barely had them a little over 6 months but we plan to continue this journey with them!
