Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite

Creating courses alongside iSpring Suite has been a great experience. After moving many courses from another provider, I have found the integration with PowerPoint far superior and the range of features in the Quiz and Interaction modules impressive. The branching facilities work well but the best feature is the support, they are timley knowledable and unlike some other platform we are using honest if it cannot do something they admit it and pass it on to their development team who then keeps you in the loop if they start working on it. We are now considering adding the use of the soon launching iSpring learn for a couple of our customers as when you add in the additional included authoring licence included the monthly platform price is more than reasonable.

  • Some Branching options (although this may be a limitation of the corm 1.2 standard)
  • Lag time when opening narration window
  • The cost has been reasonable or low in comparison to other Scorm authoring tools we have looked at.
  • The ability to have testers test the courses on the included web host.
No product is perfect, and there are a couple of additional features that I am looking forward to, along with some additional settings for quizzes and interactions. iSpring Suite is a great package for all levels and abilities.
We have chosen iSpring Suite over Articulate partially due to cost but also iSpring Suite does not distort the PowerPoint templates we have made as it does not import them into itself rather it becomes a part of PowerPoint.

iSpring Suite has been well suited for us in creating a workflow for interactions based on the standard templates. This along with the player settings and the fact that Ispring does not break page layouts and formatting when working from PowerPoint has made it easy to standardise the look and feel of our courses. The included text to speach function is reasonable and getting better the more we use it. Again the support has been the absolute winning feature for us.
