Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite
We use iSpring Suite to create customer focused computer-based training modules for our internal and external customers. Much of our training is already in PowerPoint format and iSpring Suite allows us to convert it to computer content. This allows us to provide technical training to our field service engineers and to sell training to our customer as a product.
Pros
- Integrates seamlessly into PowerPoint
- Intuitive content creation
- Zero to little learning curve
Cons
- Wider breadth of subject matter in the content library.
- Text to speech voiceovers could be more human.
- Narration management directly within PowerPoint instead of pop out program.
- Satisfies customer requests. Fills a gap.
- Additional revenue stream with great margins. Little overhead when selling online training.
- Doubles as internal training platform without additional cost.
So much simpler. Integrates well with PowerPoint so there is little learning curve. Articulate is more powerful but that level of detail is not required for most applications. The learning curve with Articulate is much larger.
