Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We leverage Iterable for customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple clients and lines of business. Our previous solutions were not as robust or intelligent as the solutions provided with Iterable in terms of messaging journeys and ease of use. We are also responsible for managing other teams' projects within the organization and serving as liaisons and subject matter experts for self-serve within the platform.

The customer lifecycle campaigns leverage the customer's enrollment date to trigger communications and using logic gates in these journeys helps take the guesswork out of the communication date when delays happen upstream. Being able to also send batch campaigns and ensuring comms do not overlap between the journeys and one time send is a major enhancement over our previous state endeavors.
We have not had enough time with this feature to feel strongly.
