Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
Our whole organization uses Jabber for instant messaging.
- The ability to initiate a screen share quickly is great.
- You can include screen shots in your chat and they are clear.
- Adding people to your chat groups is easy.
- I haven't encountered any issues.
- It allows for immediate communication.
- You can multi task - chatting and being on a conference call at the same time.

In a previous role, we used Lync. Jabber is much easier to use and is intuitive.
