Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
We utilize the Jabber product enterprise-wide to communicate throughout our own departments and various lines of business. This tool comes in very helpful when working with our off-site teams, especially when [we are] able to share screens and imagines.
- Functionality through desktop and mobile options ensure users will never miss a message.
- Very responsive, and user-friendly application.
- Connectivity, we tend to run into a lot of issues where the Cisco system as a whole loses connectivity. At times users aren't aware of the issue, which as a result leaves users missing messages and calls without knowing.
- Jabber has allowed for an easier approach to collaboration through various teams throughout different locations.
