Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
Jabber is used by most of our company. It's great for a variety of reasons. Our offices are located all over the country, so if you have a quick question and don't want it to get buried under emails, you can just jabber someone in New York or Michigan and they'll reply quickly. It's also helpful if you have to communicate rapidly; like if you're on a call with your team and you need to jabber someone a piece of information. Overall, it makes office communication a thousand times easier and more efficient.

- The ability to add a status if, for example, you're working off-site and want people to know where you are.
- Jabber has no search function, which can be frustrating.
- Jabber deletes conversations after a few weeks.

- As a communication outlet, it does not really have a direct ROI. It indirectly helps by communicating with team members quickly.
