We are a web & app development company. Here we used Jahia DXP, due to its flexibility and ease of use it actually helped in maintaining our client's portals. We also used Jahia's Employee Intranets to connect with the team. It was first recommended by one of my employees.
Pros
- It very well provide 360 degree view of customers. It consolidate data points.
- It consolidate data points from various source.
- Easy to use and very much flexible, if require one can add plugins.
Cons
- Initial setup of system is tedious.
- Lack of setup documents.
- They should have provided Templates for certain fixed types of use cases.
