Overall Satisfaction with Jama Connect
It is currently used across the organization. It helps capture and house all of the updates to a given requirement. Comes in handy when building out test case/plans
- Easy to track change.
- Great way to obtain and store the client's digital approval.
- Great with version control.
- Table Properties: some we need to adjust the border or lines as that of Excel, I haven't located this feature.
- Spell Check: adding a feature next to the bold and italics buttons.
- Effective with managing version control

I have achieved quite a lot of results since moving to Jama. I have had success with managing version controls, collaborating with colleagues and clients. The tool has aided in tracking the client's progress, managing their comments/feedback and finally obtaining digital sign off on requirements defined.
We have used various tools in the past to help mitigate risk and much more, but I must say to date Jama is a lot more effective. I have found it very easy to identify changes and updates to requirements. The "activities" feature works very well to meet my needs.
The tools I used in the past were not cloud-based. The tools did not have real-time tracking and were not as effective as Jama.
