Overall Satisfaction with Jama Connect

Jama Connect is currently being used by the Sales Department. This software definitely helps track any change in the sales life cycle, letting us know where we should pick up from. It gives us reminders to follow up on any cold leads, so this will ensure that we are doing our best to get back to everyone.

The main outcome we expect from Jama Connect is to streamline the approval process of our sales. Depending on the dollar value of some of our bookings, there needs to go through a certain number stage of approvals. By using Jama Connect, we were able to refine the process and have the level of approvals more streamlined.
Jama Connect is extremely effective when it comes to streamlining collaboration. Whenever something needs approval from someone, we are able to send a notification to them, and they are able to take care of it when they see that notification. It pings that person to let them know that the task is outstanding.
I am mainly in the Sales department, so using something like Jama Connect is probably not the best software suited for what I am trying to accomplish. If we were doing more things related to projects, I feel that we would be able to use Jama Connect to its full potential.
