Jamf Pro is utilized by a small team that includes our IT Services Professionals and some of our instruction tech team.
Pros
- Allows admins to manage user devices
- Distribute curated apps
- Distribute necessary content
- Aid in support an active learning ecosystem.
Cons
- Jamf Pro does a great job of listening to what consumers want and I have no complaints at this time
- Jamf has allowed us to monitor and recover lost and stolen devices
- Jamf Pro has allowed us to recover devices from individuals that are no longer students.
We have never searched for another MDM solution
