Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro
Best MDM Solution out there - besides our Company has already had Workspace in place- but we managed to add Jamf Pro as an additional MDM Solution for our Developer Teams that needed easy and seamless Management for Macs. We created a day-and-day growing Community from Mac Users inside out. Great Product so far.

- Dashboard should be easy for changes in Layout
- Patch management for macOS should be available to specific Versions
- buying licences via a vendor is not pleasurable

- Licenses are for a few Clients expensive - getting cheaper when clients numbers are rising
- all of additional features (Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect you have to purchase
- Cheaper than other solutions regarding no Support contracts needed because of Jamf Nation Community
Creating a Policy is too difficult and Extension Attributes can not be created. So Collecting special Attributes are nearly impossible. Troubleshot from Policy and Scripts is not easy. - Log Files are not easy to read and to see where the problem is. It is an absolute no brainer to choose Jamf Pro because of the Simplicity and the Jamf Nation Community
