Overall Satisfaction with JAMS
Automation of database loads and extracts, customer file delivery and notifications, report creation, server software maintenance, Windows service maintenance, log archiving, SFTP transfers, FIX messaging, software deployment, compliance and risk processing, and notifications.
- The JAMS Client is very user friendly.
- Creation of scheduled processes is very simple, but also extremely customizable.
- Monitoring current and upcoming processes using the Monitor tool puts everything in a single, easy-to-read window.
- Viewing job history and compiling statistics for each job done for you.
- The ability to customize the way jobs appear on the monitor would be nice.
- Training teams going from one JAMS version to the next would be helpful (we went from 6 to 7, and there are quite a lot of differences).
- JAMS has automated the process of statement creation for all customers, greatly reducing man-hours associated with the task.
- JAMS has automated AWS instance starts/stops, which has allowed us to stop servers when not in use to save money.
