Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR
[JazzHR] is used only in the Talent Acquisition process, it solves the ATS and recruitment problems presented by the previously used software.
- Easy to use
- Clear processes
- Responsive and has quick loadtimes
- The integration of the other systems such as Payroll, HR systems and operations are not easy to set and not all systems are compatible.
- Should improve compatibility with Microsoft Teams
- Some processes require more steps and become more tedious than in other solutions
- It solve the ATS need and ensure the organization of the recruitment process
- It helped stream line the talent processes as well as setting goals and ensure reqs were being filled in a timely manner.
- Building candidate pools, noting candidates and showing in a clear manner how close to meeting the requirements each candidate is.
[JazzHR] is a good solution that is still being updated and improved but is not a full suite that could support all businesses and needs. It is a good solution for businesses with specific needs.
