Use Cases and Deployment Scope

JazzHR is being used by our Human Resource Department - it keep us organized on who has done what. In one place we know who contact which new candidate, have their resume on hand, can send notes to each other on each candidate, view hiring managers feedback and send their information to their employee work file.

If you are doing heavy amounts of recruiting at once I would definitely recommend JazzHR if you want software that will keep up with you. It forces your team to stay organized and presents the information like a breeze. When it comes to detail, there isn't a thing JazzHR misses - there's even an option to copy their phone number, address or email automatically (somethings I personally appreciate). I can't think of a situation where it would be less appropriate; it would be suitable for any needs.
