Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR
HR sponsored the use of JazzHR. Processing, tracking, and reporting inbound resumes. Applicants answer a simple set of questions that are used to disqualify - ie applicant needs sponsorship resumes are filtered, categorized, and tracked throughout the entire recruiting process keeping interviewer notes applicants are easily moved to the next section of our recruiting process, including rejected as well.
Pros
- Rejects candidates who need sponsorship.
- Interviewer questions are set up for easy consistent processing.
- Helps me get quick access to candidate data, including my own notes.
Cons
- I'd like to be able to create scoring sheet that all interviewers can use.
- I'd like to be able to find other applicants at job sites that match someone that I interviewed that I like.
- I'd like to easily edit an email before I send it to a candidate.
- Quick search for resumes and notes.
- Easily dispatch an applicant out of our queue - reject them quickly but professionally.
- Interview questions can be put into a form for standardizing your process.
- I don't know the cost.
- Managers are easily able to start using the system.
- Notifications to me gMail are useful so I don't need to check the actual tool.
