Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR
We used it as our ATS. As GovCon, it's needed for federal compliance. It also helped us manage our hiring process, including offer generation.
Pros
- Dispositioning of candidates.
- Requisition broadcasting to 3rd party sites.
- interview process management.
Cons
- Offer letter generation.
- Job opening site it creates.
- Candidate search tools.
- It was less expensive than other options.
- It helped us maintain compliance.
- We reached the limits of it's capabilities (limited reporting for example).
- Jobvite and Greenhouse
Jobvite had better capabilities for us, but also has a whole other set of problems. Also owned by the Employ group.
