Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR

We used it as our ATS. As GovCon, it's needed for federal compliance. It also helped us manage our hiring process, including offer generation.

Pros

  • Dispositioning of candidates.
  • Requisition broadcasting to 3rd party sites.
  • interview process management.

Cons

  • Offer letter generation.
  • Job opening site it creates.
  • Candidate search tools.
  • It was less expensive than other options.
  • It helped us maintain compliance.
  • We reached the limits of it's capabilities (limited reporting for example).
It's not particularly difficult to use, it's just very rudimentary in its capabilities.
Jobvite had better capabilities for us, but also has a whole other set of problems. Also owned by the Employ group.

It's fine for a small company of less than 100 employees. Beyond that, it's problematic to use.
