Overall Satisfaction with Jiminny

We apply the classical use case of recording calls for training and development reasons. We also use it for self-coaching and note-taking.

Pros

  • Jiminny Notetaker is an absolute saver when it comes to summarising a call
  • Allows us to self-coach ourselves and points out where improvement can be done based on the goals we set
  • The customer support is very quick and efficient

Cons

  • It doesn't connect to all my meeting softwares automatically
  • I think the main value sits in time saved rather than actual ROI
The interface is way more user-friendly and I think it has more functionalities than Gong
