Overall Satisfaction with Jiminny
We use Jiminny to record calls with clients, which allows us to use them for new staff training, as well as allowing us to be fully present on calls because we know that we can go back and watch the call at a later time. It is much harder to capture everything that is said on a call when Jiminny isn't there, or when we do meetings in person!
- Always turns up on time to calls.
- Writes a detailed summary of what was discussed in the call, and lists the action points!
- Helpful transcript to save watching the whole call again.
- Sometimes the transcript doesn't pick up exactly what was said, or who by, and makes small mistakes.
- The notetaker automatically leaves after 15 minutes if they have not been invited in which is usually fine but when a client is running late can be a bit frustrating.
- Jiminny allows us to 'remember' things that were said on previous calls both in terms of rapport building and deal negotiations that put us in a much better position with our clients.
